Fitting the season SciFiDebris does an in-debth-review of "Hogfather".

Shaking Hands with Death - by Terry Pratchett

I posted this a while ago already, but the video was taken down from youtube. But since then it has been put up on the homepage of Sir Terrance - so here it is once again, "from the source" so to speak:

Terry Pratchett's "Guards! Guards!" live with John Rhys-Davies!

Nnnnice!

This is a live performance of "Guards! Guards!" by Terry Pratchett, one of my favourite Discworld novels. It has been adapted for audio by David Benedict and got performed live at Dragon*Con 2001 by the Atlanta Radio Theatre Company.

Featuring John Rhys-Davies as Lupine Wonse.
Photography by Ken Grimes and Caran Wilbanks.

Enjoy! :)

Parts 4-5 right here, after the break! :)

Holy Cow! Terry Pratchett is now Sir Terrence of Pratchett!

This news came just in from the blog of Neil Gaiman, my second favourite author in the world:

Terry Pratchett interview on "Frost over the word"

Interestingly in itself this interview with the bestest author in the whole wide world is on Al Jazeera and not the BBC:

Mark Lawson Interviews Terry Pratchett (BBCfour)

I just thought I'd share this bit - an interview with Terry Pratchett that gives a little background story about my favourite author in the world and his most popular creation, the Discworld:

Hogfather

Ok, what the heck - here as a Xmas present from me to you the whole of Hogfather, the Sky One TV production. It's available at youtube and I just collected all the bits and put them in the right order here.
