Redlettermedia does STD

... and yah, that's it. :)

When actors confuse their roles

Being an actor is a hard job - all those different roles you have to play all day long sometimes can get you confused about what you are appearing in today - and sometimes they put on the wrong costume or bring the wrong props...

Previously unknown deleted scenes

We all know that usually much more material is shot for a movie than ends up on screen - scenes get cut for time, or because they contain material not important for the movie's main plot and they somehow mess with the general flow...

Here's a few examples

The space toilet first seen in Star Trek V actually was first shown in this scene from the beginning of Star Trek III:

Hollywood doing Propaganda

When Cracked wondered what'd happen If famous pictures were turned into Propaganda posters of course I had some suggestions of my own...

Like James Bond selling warbonds:

Chairman Mao and his Red Rangers:

SFDebris reviews: Voyager - The Thaw

I fully agree with SFDebris on this one - this is one of the few really *good* (as in: actually good and not just above average for Voyager) Voyager episodes.

I'd even go so far as to say it is actually a good *Star Trek* episode - breathing the spirit of the old series, and not just because of it's wild colour schemes... ^^

Nightmares, Disasters, Crimes and Videogames

The week is over, the results are out, so it's time for the next batch of pictures I made for the photoplasty competitions at cracked.com.

And quite a batch it is - over twenty pics! That's quite productive, wouldn't you say?

Like last week I managed to place twice in the same category, and even better: One of my entries for "Tiny Changes that would've turned good ideas into disasters" actually won #1!

Ta-Daaaah!

And the second placer made it to #16, possibly because with that moustache Lady Liberty looks like Teddy Roosewelt:

Below are again all the entries that didn't place, but that you still might find funny.

Ed Glaser: Turkish Star Trek

Ed Glaser is one of the many reviewers from thatguywiththeglasses.com and one of his specialities is finding exotic rippoffs of well-known US series and movies, like this entry from Turkey:

Farewell GamerOGITH!

Here's how you properly say "goodbye" to a youtube troll account that got taken down. You know - with *style*! ;)
