Oh my... I got kicked out of the forum Elektro Gemeinschaft which apart from http://www.kraftwerk.de is pretty much the only "official" Kraftwerk related webpage. What did I do?

Well, to be honest: I haven't got the slightest clue.

I asked the admin why my account got deleted, and the only answer, literally, I got was "Quality Control". Errr... Ok.

So I had a look at my recent postings there, or better, lack of - while some older threads I even started, including one with my little youtube parody on the Model (Kraftwerk: The *Bleep*), still remain untouched the last three got deleted along with the user account:

- one in a thread about KW going to court with a hiphop producer about a two second sample he used. I remarked that in that case I'd better remove my persiflage of "The Robots" and KW's teutonic image from my page - after all it's made almost completely out of samples from a KW original...

- one in a thread about an ex-member of the group, nothing special, just that the story of KW and their ex-members would be much more in the press if they all were blond girls with silicone implants instead of old German blokes - which was much more a comment about today's music press than it was about the group OR their ex-members.

- one about Yamaha's Tenori-Oh, an interesting looking gimmick, inspired through a thread started about another handheld synth device, the Korg DS-10.

Your guess what triggered my ban there is as good as mine... Not that I care too much, the forum reads rather leaden, and it being about a group that barely does something new anymore there isn't that much to talk about in the first place...
